VOLUNTEERS: Each fall our dedicated corps of
volunteers helps bring in the harvest, stem and press the grapes, and
any number of tasks that help keep the winery working. It's hard work,
but the experience is educational, and it can actually be a lot of fun.
To find out more about volunteer opportunities, please sign up for our
e-mail newsletter.

FIREWOOD:
We sell split hardwood by the cord or half cord. Delivery is free within
20 miles of the farm. The firewood was cut and split last June. If you'd
like a load, please call Eli at 978-257-3003 or e-mail
benadelman@yahoo.com.
Half cord: $175
Cord: $300
Delivered beyond 20 miles: 21-30 miles, $200/$325;
31-40 miles, $225/$350.
CLASSES:
North Shore Community College is offering a number
of classes at the winery, including Vineyard Management, Wine
Appreciation, Feng Shui and several dance classes, including belly
dancing. To find out more or to register, go to
www.northshore.edu and select "Alfalfa Farm"
under Non-Credit Subjects.
DONATIONS: Due to the large number of
requests we get for fundraising donations, we can't contribute to all of
them. We can, however, offer to host fundraising events at the winery
for local not-for-profit events at a discounted nonprofit rate. This
option allows you to help support local agriculture while funding your
charity. Please
e-mail us
for more information.
