 Alfalfa Farm Winery is the perfect place! Located in Topsfield, right off of Route 95 and Route 1, the winery has four unique spaces to accommodate any event

The white pine Tasting Room can accommodate 80 guests, with standing and seated floor plans. This space is a beautiful setting for semiformal and formal cocktail hours, employee appreciation dinners and private parties. 

The Production room is often used for extended seating, standing appetizers and bar service.

The Patio is a wonderful outdoor option for larger events. From formal seated dinners to an evening outdoors under the stars, this space brings the charm of the Vineyard right into your event. Tent may be required depending on number of guests and inclement of weather.

 The old Bullpens have been transformed to a wood-chipped picnic area that overlooks the vineyards and fields. This space is perfect for 20 to 40 guests who are looking for casual and informal.

Events at the farm typically run 3½  to 4 hours and include tables, chairs, white linen and wine tasting served in glass for small events under 30 and/or high-end plastic ware.

Wine-tasting packages are also available for a per person cost.

Catering, DJ, floral and bartending services available upon request and can be coordinated by our staff.
